The successful knife discs have been improved and are now equipped with a flange and an aluminum ring.

Can only be used with our knife guard!

The blade disc is suitable for Gardena SILENO city , which has a cutting width of approx. 21 cm.

It cuts with a wider cut than conventional cutting discs, which increases efficiency.

The flange was 3D printed with sturdy PETG material and then machined with a lathe to ensure concentricity. The knife disc was made of 3mm thick and high-strength aluminum.

The blade disc offers a cutting width of approx. 21 cm. The wider cut compared to conventional blade discs significantly increases the efficiency of your robotic lawnmower.

The flange was 3D printed from sturdy PETG material and then precisely machined on a lathe to ensure optimal concentricity. The blade disc itself is made of 3 mm thick, high-strength aluminum, which guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance.

This knife disc can be used with various types of blades, including:

Gardena blades
WORX blades
C-blades

Important NOTE:
Please only use blades with a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm, as thinner blades may break.
