WORX blade disc aluminum

Our improved blade discs offer optimized cutting performance, reduce cutting noise, and allow for a larger cutting width. These successful blade discs are now equipped with a flange and an aluminum ring, further increasing their efficiency and stability.

The blade disc offers a cutting width of approximately 21 cm. The wider cut compared to conventional blade discs significantly increases the efficiency of your robotic lawnmower.

The flange was 3D-printed from sturdy PETG material and then precision-machined on a lathe to ensure optimal concentricity. The blade disc itself is made of 3 mm thick, high-strength aluminum, ensuring long-lasting and reliable performance.

This knife disc can be used with various types of blades, including:

• Husqvarna blades
• Gardena blades
• WORX blades
• C-blades

Important NOTE:
Please only use blades with a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm, as thinner blades may break.
