The successful knife discs have been improved and are now equipped with a flange and an aluminum ring.

Can only be used with our knife guard!

The blade disc is suitable for Gardena SILENO city , which has a cutting width of approx. 21 cm.

It cuts with a wider cut than conventional cutting discs, which increases efficiency.

The flange was 3D printed with sturdy PETG material and then machined with a lathe to ensure concentricity. The knife disc was made of 3mm thick and high-strength aluminum.

The blade disc offers a cutting width of approximately 21 cm. The wider cut compared to conventional blade discs significantly increases the efficiency of your robotic lawnmower.

The flange was 3D-printed from sturdy PETG material and then precision-machined on a lathe to ensure optimal concentricity. The blade disc itself is made of 3 mm thick, high-strength aluminum, ensuring long-lasting and reliable performance.

This knife disc can be used with various types of blades, including:

Husqvarna blades
Gardena blades
WORX blades
C-blades

Important NOTE:
Please only use blades with a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm, as thinner blades may break.
